We want to ensure you are getting the very most out of your product which is why our Customer Service Team are on hand to help with any questions you may have on using your adaptation. So, you can enjoy many more years of hassle free and happy motoring!

Getting a new vehicle and/or mobility device?

If you’re thinking of getting a new mobility scooter/chair or changing your vehicle, give us a ring on 0800 009 2300 and we’ll be more than happy to help advise on suitability and compatibility.

We will also then be able to help arrange the transfer of your hoist or lift into a new vehicle.


To keep your adaptation in top working condition, we advise that it is serviced every 12 months, which we can carry out for you.

Services can take place either at our main workshop in Alfreton or by one of our mobile engineers, whichever option best suits you. Please get in touch to make an appointment.
